
Project Manager
Floyd Stoutt is an Architect/Project Manager with over 25 years of experience. Floyd recently relocated back to the BVI from the US mainland where he was a Principal and lead Project Architect at a prominent firm in Washington DC, designing and providing construction administration on US Overseas Embassies for the past 15 years. That experience allowed him to travel extensively and experience many different cultures. Floyd has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the City University of New York and is a member of the New York Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA). Floyd enjoys being outdoors, playing sports and continues flexing his architectural design skills and construction capabilities by performing kitchen and bathroom renovations. His favorite game to play is the game of darts of which he is quite good at. He once represented the BVI in competition at the (WDO) World Darts Organization, Caribbean Darts Tournament.
