Expertise is being sought in the several areas including Engineering, Architecture, Information Communication & Technology, Environmental Engineering, Environment Management, Climate Change, Financial Auditing, Disaster Management, and Ports & Marine Management.

The objective is to gather a multi-sectoral response which will ultimately focus on the urgent needs of the recovery, rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts in the areas of Infrastructural Development, Human & Social Services, Business & Economical Development, Governance, Natural Resources & Climate Change, and Pride & Social Identity which have been identified as priority areas in the proposed recovery plan that is now the focus of public consultation.
