East End Station and Marine Base

Repairs to East End station and marine base to fully functional basis to ensure improved border control, security and safety in the Virgin Islands.

The East End Police Station suffered only modest damage from the hurricane. The station continues to operate but will require minor repairs to restore to optimal functionality. The Marine Base has had minor damage to the roof which has resulted in localised water damage inside the building. The scope of the repairs needed to return the Marine Base to fully functionality is relatively clear. The remaining and more substantial question is whether to include in the scope of this project the more extensive repairs needed to the road and drainage to access this Base.
