The Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) the Executing Agency, now wishes to procure the services of a Project Engineer to provide project management and engineering support to RDA’s projects.

The objective of the consultancy is to achieve timely and effective implementation of the project scope by providing project management and engineering support to the Project Coordinator. The assignment is expected to be executed on a full-time basis over an initial period of 12 months.

A copy of the Terms of Reference may be obtained by writing to procurement@bvirecovery.vg between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday to Friday.

Electronic copies of the Expressions of Interest must be received at procurement@bvirecovery.vg no later than 4:00PM on Friday 14th May 2021 and one electronic copy must be sent simultaneously to CDB at procurement@caribank.org. The sealed envelope containing each submission should include the name and address of the applicant and shall be clearly marked “Expression of Interest – Consultancy Services for a Project Engineer”.

Following the assessment of submissions, the most technically capable and appropriately experienced applicant will be invited to negotiate a contract to provide the consultancy services. The Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency reserves the right to accept or reject late applications or to cancel the present invitation partially or in its entirety. It will not be bound to assign any reason for not engaging the services of any applicant and will not defray any costs incurred by any applicant in the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.
