Pre-Qualification Notice
Elmore Stoutt High School Re-Development Project

The RDA now invites pre-qualification submissions from contractors who specialize in prefab/modular building construction to participate in the pre-qualification process for the ESHS Re-development Project in the British Virgin Islands.

This pre-qualification is open to national and international contractors. To be considered for pre-qualification, the following pre-qualification criteria must be met:

1. Experience of the firm
2. Past Performance
3. Personnel capability
4. Equipment Capability
5. Financial Resources
