In December 2021, contracts were signed for the Rehabilitation of the Elmore Stoutt High School project, a major priority for the Government of the Virgin Islands. A contract signing ceremony was held and contracts were signed for demolition as well as design works for buildings to relocate students and teachers from the CTL Building by September 2022. The demolition and design works are to be completed by January 2022 facilitating tendering for construction early in the year.

Also in December, the Long Trench road rehabilitation and slope stabilisation site achieved practical completion, being the 7th of 8 road work sites completed which are funded by the CDB RRL. This leaves the Fish Bay site as the final road works site to be completed. The main road at Fish Bay was reopened to vehicular traffic in December, facilitating passage of increased traffic over the holiday season. Work is scheduled to recommence at the Fish Bay site in January 2022. Also in December 2021, contracts were signed for the car park and other auxiliary works to complete the Virgin Gorda Sports Complex, as well as for installation of renewable energy systems at Enis Adams and Francis Lettsome Primary Schools, and Mobile Powerboxes. A handover ceremony was held for the completed Theodolph Faulkner Administration Building in Anegada on 17 December 2021.
