The Government of the Virgin Islands has created a newsletter, providing a snapshot of the Territory’s 2018 Budget as presented by Premier and Minister of Finance Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando, Smith OBE.  The newsletter which includes graphic illustrations is intended to assist the general public in getting a better understanding of the budget.
