The Disaster Recovery Coordinating Committee (DRCC) congratulates students of the seven secondary schools in the Territory who participated in the Recovery and Development Plan competition hosted by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
Special congratulations to the winning team from Elmore Stoutt High School and the second placed tem from Bregado Flax Educational Centre.
DRCC Chairman, Brodrick Penn was a member of the team of judges for the competition.
