The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting persons who are interested in providing individual consultancy services for a Community Liaison Officer to submit an Expression of Interest for the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Loan – Hurricane Irma British Virgin Islands.
The objective of the consultancy is to facilitate the participation of communities in the planning, design, implementation and monitoring phases of infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on integrating social and gender considerations into the project, while managing stakeholders and liaising with the affected communities in a socially-inclusive and gender-responsive way. The duration of the assignment is expected to be for 250 working days over a period of 36 months.
Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically to the Ministry of Finance via procurement@gov.vg and copied to the Caribbean Development Bank at procurement@caribank.org. Documents must be sent no later than noon on Tuesday, June 12. The subject of email shall be marked “Expressions of Interest – Individual Consultancy Services for Community Liaison Officer”.
