In July, a contract was signed with Tortola Paving Ltd. for Asphaltic Works for the six completed road rehabilitation and slope stabilization sites. Demolition work on the Zion Hill Reservoir project was completed in July, paving the way for installation of the new tank which will be the last of four tanks installed across the Territory as part of the Water Network Rehabilitation project. Tank installation has been completed at both Carrot Bay and Long Bush sites. The Road and Water Infrastructure projects form part of the portfolio of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Loan projects funded by the CDB. Of note in terms of other projects, in July work on the Anegada Administration Building reached practical completion, with final touches on tiling, handrails and landscaping completed. July also saw contract signing with Sunleaf Construction and commencement of works for fencing of the Anegada Recreation Facility.
