The November 2020 Monthly Report, produced by our Monitoring and Evaluation Team, contains status updates of projects during that month, as well as news on planning, policy and communications.
Work continued in earnest on wrapping up Phase One projects including the A. O. Shirley Recreation Ground, Jeffrey Caines Sports Arena, and the Road Town Police Station.
Progress was also made on executing RDA-implemented CDB projects, including the VG Admin Buildings, Bregado Flax Educational Centre – Secondary Division Building, and the Water and Road Infrastructure projects.
Of particular note in terms of project progress, practical completion of the North Sound Admin Building in Virgin Gorda was achieved in November, with a handover and site visit held at the end of the month. Also in November, work continued on the roads and the retaining walls projects including Great Mountain 1 and 2, Hope to Sabbath Hill, and Ballast Bay/Windy Hill sites.
Traffic management plans for all sites have been approved and are being implemented, with regular updates to the public on diversions and other impacts.
