Motorists are reminded that the Ballast Bay Road is closed to ongoing vehicular traffic as construction works continue during the month of April.  Any access to Carrot Bay or Cane Garden Bay MUST BE via Windy Hill.  Motorists are also reminded that they are PROHIBITED from using the private road for residents as a means of bypassing the construction area.

Motorists are asked to follow the directions of the traffic wardens and road signs erected in designated areas – Stoutt’s Lookout Point and in the vicinity of the Stop N’ Wash Laundromat near Rudy’s Bar.
