Provide Technical Assistance to support ministry to develop a public assistance programme and social registry as part of long-term plan.

The introduction of a new public assistance programme and broadening the cross-government approach to social protection, with the development of the social registry, will require new legislation and amendments to some existing legislation. New services will also require firm political commitments to sustainable funding for these new services.
