The two Virgin Gorda Admin buildings, the Flax building and the Vanterpool building, were badly affected by the 2017 hurricanes. The roof of the Flax building was destroyed, and this building is now unoccupied. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/span>All services are now being provided in the Vanterpool building. There are leaks (allowing ingress of rainwater) and traces of mould\/damp in the Vanterpool building, which is contributing to negatively impacting the ability to provide high quality public services from the building <\/span>and health risks for staff.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The first step was hiring a contractor to design the repairs and changes to the site.\u00a0The contractor, Systems Engineering, submitted the designs for the beach and rest stop shades.<\/p>\n
