REPAIR WORKS AT THE ROAD TOWN POLICE STATION<\/span><\/h3>\n

The RDA now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for repair works at the Road Town Police Station.\u00a0\u00a0Post-disaster, the UK Government funded and implemented through the Office of the Governor the renovation of two police stations (West End and Road Town).<\/p>\n

Although the repairs to Road Town Police Station have been substantially completed, the RDA has been engaged to implement and complete the remaining works to improve\/repair Road Town Police Station to a fully functional basis which will improve the safety and security of the Virgin Islands.<\/p>\n

The<\/strong> works include<\/strong> but are not limited to the construction of approximately 600\u2019 linear chain-link fence including Posts, Spacing, Footing, Curb Wall and Gates<\/strong>.\u00a0 \u00a0The contractor shall demolish, remove and dispose of all unwanted debris from the area, selected undamaged materials (posts, chain-link fence, barb arm, caps, tension bars) arising from the site clearance shall be stored for possible reuse.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Repair works also include the Supply and Installation of air conditioning systems, acoustic ceiling frames,\u00a0 windows and doors\u00a0for the reception area, workstation and offices.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Bidder’s Conference and Site Visit <\/strong>will take place on <\/span>Thursday, 4 June, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Road Town Police Station, located at the corner of Pickering Road and Station Avenue,<\/strong>\u00a0Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.<\/span><\/p>\n
