CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR A COMMUNITY LIAISON OFFICER<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

The Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency, the Executing Agency for the Government of the Virgin Islands, now wishes to procure the services of a\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Community Liaison Officer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective of the consultancy is to facilitate the participation of communities in the planning, design, implementation and monitoring phases of infrastructure projects, integrating social and gender considerations into the Project, while managing stakeholders and liaising with the affected communities in a socially inclusive and gender-responsive manner. The assignment is expected to be executed on a part-time basis over 30 months.<\/p>\n
