The September 2020 Monthly Report, produced by our Monitoring and Evaluation Team, contains status updates of projects during that month, as well as news on planning, policy and communications.<\/p>\n

In summary, although on-site work continued to face some challenges and delays in the first part of September due to curfews and restrictions, work still continued where possible on-site the CDB-funded VG Admin Buildings, Bregado Flax Secondary Building, and the Water and Road Infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n

Of particular note in terms of project progress, September saw continued progress on road works at the first Great Mountain site, and the backfilling of the completed retaining wall at the Carrot Bay Reservoir site. A site visit and bidders\u2019 conference was also held in September for the AG\u2019s Residence project, with returns due in the latter part of October; and a contract was signed and work began on the final phase of works on the Jeffery Caines Sports Arena in Virgin Gorda.<\/p>\n

The August 2019 Monthly Report contains status updates of projects during that month, as well as news on planning, policy and communications.<\/p>

A brief summary of the report:<\/span><\/p>

  1. There are seven projects in the planning phase, four in the procurement phase and eight in the operations phase.\u00a0 Two projects have been completed.<\/li>
  2. A list of events and communication releases for the entire month is included.<\/li>
  3. The RDA has a list of confirmed grants\/contributions that will fund some of our many projects.<\/li>
  4. Detailed updates on several projects.<\/li><\/ol>
