The first Monthly Report for the year 2019 contains status\u00a0updates of projects during that month, as well as news on planning, policy and communications.<\/p>\n

A brief summary of the report:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. There are 9 projects in the planning phase, 2 in the procurement phase, and 5 in the operations phase.<\/li>\n
  2. Future planning includes the recovery and development\u00a0of the West End Area (especially the West End Ferry Terminal) and the incorporation of renewable energy into the territory’s primary power supply.<\/li>\n
  3. Policy changes such as an amendment to the Disaster Management Act and new BVIEC Regulations catering to renewable energy have been made.<\/li>\n
  4. A list of events and communication releases for the entire month is included.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The summary section of the paper relies on tables and brief text and is 5 pages long. The rest of the document is more detailed, for the technical readers.<\/p>\n
