Danny Palmer Stoutt is a seasoned architectural professional and project manager with over a decade of experience in the design, coordination, and delivery of public and private sector construction projects. His portfolio spans institutional, government, and residential developments.

He has held key leadership roles within the Government of the British Virgin Islands, including Project Manager and Clerk of Works for the Peebles Hospital Project, where he oversaw construction compliance, contractor performance, and project reporting at a national level. He is well-versed, in managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder coordination.

Danny brings strong technical expertise in project design, construction supervision, and contract administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the City University of New York.
