Mr Jerry Samuel is a Partner in the Litigation & Restructuring Department of Conyers Dill & Pearman in the BVI. Jerry has over 15 years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation in the areas of insolvency, urgent interim relief, enforcement of judgments, shareholder disputes and asset tracing. Jerry advises a broad range of clients, including shareholders, directors, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honors) in Business Economics, a Master of Arts Degree (Honors) in Political Economy and a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB Honors). In addition to legal experience, Jerry has worked in the areas of banking, telecommunications and development policy and planning. He is a member of the BVI Bar Association, the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Judicial and Legal Services Commission. Jerry enjoys sports and is passionate about youth empowerment through education and economic development of the Virgin Islands.
