She holds a background in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Sustainability, with experience across industrial, civil, oil and gas, and energy infrastructure projects.

Karina is skilled in project planning, coordination, and the management of multidisciplinary teams, and is proficient in tools such as MS Project to ensure efficient delivery. She is committed to driving operational efficiency, supporting sustainable development, and delivering high-quality outcomes that create value for stakeholders and the wider community.
