Kedisha Fahie is a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager at the RDA, with a strong educational background in business and project management. She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the  Community College of Rhode Island, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University (FIU), along with a certificate in Team Management, and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Penn State University.

In her role, Kedisha supports project planning and execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication among team members. Her strong organizational skills help keep projects on schedule and running efficiently.

With a passion for leadership and team development, Kedisha is committed to continuous growth and strives to build strong, collaborative work environments. She aims to further enhance her skills and make a meaningful impact in the field of project management.

Outside of work, Kedisha enjoys spending time at the beach and creating lasting memories with family.
