Khauesten’s passion for helping others was the driving force of her academic aspirations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work and an Associate’s Degree in Human Services. Khauesten worked in various government departments throughout her 25 years of dedicated service. Through Khauesten’s hard work and dedication she rose to the rank of the Deputy Clerk in the House of Assembly where she was employed for nine (9) years prior to her retirement in 2023.

As the Head of Operations, Khauesten is responsible for the Human Resources, Information Technology and Administrative functions of the RDA ensuring that each area functions effectively to achieve the agency’s goal.

In her spare time, Khauesten enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and reading a good novel.
