She started her career as a journalist and freelance writer and progressed into public relations where she served in various departments and ministries to include Department of Information and Public Relations, the Ministry of Health and Social Development and at the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force. She has dedicated more than two decades to public service.

Diane is passionate about inspiring change that positively impacts the social climate and wellbeing of those living in the Virgin Islands.

When there is the opportunity, Diane partakes in the arts, particularly visual and performing arts. She also enjoys watersports, board games, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
