The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting persons who are interested in providing individual consultancy services for a Community Liaison Officer to submit an Expression of Interest for the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Loan – Hurricane Irma British Virgin Islands.

The objective of the consultancy is to facilitate the participation of communities in the planning, design, implementation and monitoring phases of infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on integrating social and gender considerations into the project, while managing stakeholders and liaising with the affected communities in a socially-inclusive and gender-responsive way. The duration of the assignment is expected to be for 250 working days over a period of 36 months.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically to the Ministry of Finance via and copied to the Caribbean Development Bank at Documents must be sent no later than noon on Tuesday, June 12. The subject of email shall be marked “Expressions of Interest – Individual Consultancy Services for Community Liaison Officer”.
