Background:
The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Road Town Development Partnership (RTDP) and the Recovery and Development Agency (RDA), intends to engage a qualified Design Consultant to prepare the design for an outdoor pedestrian walkway located between the Caribbean Insurance Building and Vanterpool’s Pharmacy in Road Town.
The site is a narrow corridor flanked by multiple commercial buildings and bounded by sections of Waterfront Drive and De Castro Street. The corridor is currently used informally by pedestrians to access businesses and concessions and to benefit from shade cast by adjacent buildings. The space also functions as a service road, facilitating offloading, refuse collection, and building maintenance.
The Procurement Method will be conducted through the Least Cost Selection (LCB) process.

Tenderers will be required to provide proof that the company is in good standing with respect to taxes, Social Security and National Health Insurance contributions, company registration and/or payments due to the Government of the Virgin Islands.
