Background:
The Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change (MENRCC) is currently located above the One Mart Supermarket in Lower Estate, and the Ministry is desirous of moving to a new office space in Road Town in the Palm Grove House and will require new furniture to adequately meet the Ministry’s needs in the new office space.
The RDA now invites eligible and qualified Tenderers for the supply and installation of Office Furniture for the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change (MENRCC) at the Palm Grove House site located at Road Town, Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands. The items will include:
- Desks
- Chairs
- Filing cabinets
- Conference tables
- Storage units (credenza)
The Procurement method will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process.

Tenderers will be required to provide proof that the company is in good standing with respect to taxes, duties, Social Security and National Health Insurance contributions, company registration or payments due to the Government of the Virgin Islands.
