Pricing for Projects will be the feature presentation when the Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) hosts its 2022 Procurement Workshop aimed to improve contractors’ and suppliers’ capacity to effectively respond to tender opportunities.
A distinguished panel comprised of the RDA’s Chief Executive Officer Anthony McMaster, Director of Projects in the Ministry of Finance Dr. Drexel Glasgow, Director of BCQS International Mr. Christopher Graham and the Director of Trojan Design and Development Ltd. Mr. Ronnie Lettsome will share on construction prices in the BVI vs Overseas. The panel will be moderated by Mr. Colin O’Neal, CEO of JOMA Properties.
As part of the agency’s mandate, the RDA has held a number of capacity building workshops and at this year’s Procurement Workshop, contractors and consultants will hear from industry experts who function in the world of construction. Other discussion topics include Project Development, Project Pricing, Contractor Documentation and the Laws that govern the Procurement Process.
Facilitators for this year’s procurement workshop include John Primo, RDA’s Director of Procurement, Kenneth Scarlett, Managing Partner of Lanx Lancis and Meade Malone, CEO of MWM PKF Consulting who will equally serve as a special guest moderator for the Project Development at the RDA panel discussion.
The RDA’s 2022 Procurement Workshop will be held on Tuesday 20th September, 2022 at the Village Cay Conference Room from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
