The RDA conducts Value for Money (VfM) Assessments of all completed projects to evaluate the extent of VfM achieved for the people of the Territory. VfM assessments are based on the RDA’s methodology which considers the Economy, Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Equity of project interventions.
These assessments determine whether the RDA has executed projects within expected budget and timelines, within benchmarks for costs and time, and to what extent projects have produced and achieved targeted results to a required level of quality.
The Value for Money Dashboard below demonstrates the scores for assessed projects completed by the RDA. You can choose a project from the Dropdown menu and navigate the Dashboard by turning the pages or clicking the Economy/Equity, Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Home buttons, to view the details behind the assessments. Both the Methodology documents and the individual projects’ VfM Reports provide additional information on the RDA’s approach to measuring our achievement of Value for Money.
