The project involves retrofitting office space at Palm Grove House to accommodate the full staff complement of the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change. The renovation includes the complete gutting of the existing office layout, removal of interior walls, and enlargement of the open office area, along with the construction of a Minister’s office with an en-suite bathroom, the Minister’s Private Secretary’s office and waiting area, and a dedicated reception area.

Works also include the installation of a new electrical distribution system and telecommunications/data wiring, new ceilings and lighting in select areas, the installation of new and relocation of existing HVAC systems for reuse where feasible, and the application of new floor finishes and wall painting throughout.
