MONTHLY REPORT – August 2023
In August 2023, a contract signing and groundbreaking ceremony was held for construction of the Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre, funded by the CDB Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Loan (RRL), facilitating mobilization and demolishing on the site near the Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary School. Also in August 2023, works on the Jost Van Dyke (JVD) Multipurpose Educational Facility continued, involving near completion of exterior and interior painting, installation of guard railings, and tiling of the bathrooms and kitchen. Internal finishings are ongoing, with the project now scheduled to be completed and delivered in October 2023.

MONTHLY REPORT – July 2023
In July 2023, works on the Jost Van Dyke (JVD) Multipurpose Educational Facility continued, with completion of works on the roof, including the parapet wall and the timber roof covering the courtyard, as well as most of the required plastering work. Internal mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works, painting, and other finishings are ongoing. Due to delays in receiving required building materials, this project is now scheduled to be completed by the end of October 2023. Works continued on the Joint Marine Shore Base in July, with concrete poured for the second-floor roof, and second floor columns, windows- and doors-framing as well as MEP works completed.

MONTHLY REPORT – June 2023
In June 2023, a site visit to review project progress was successfully held with the Minister of Education and senior officials from the Ministry at the Jost Van Dyke (JVD) Multipurpose Educational Facility. Works continued on this project in June, including plastering of walls and construction of the timber roof structure for the courtyard. The JVD Multipurpose Educational Facility is scheduled to be completed in time for start of the new school year in September 2023. Works continued on the Joint Marine Shore Base in June, with concrete poured for the second-floor slab, and columns, lintels and windows- and doors-framing on the second floor completed.
