In April, the Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) continued to work in partnership with Central Government in delivering projects from the Recovery to Development Plan.
For the month of April, given the lockdown period, construction works were largely halted. Work continued in earnest in planning and procurement though, with several projects including the Administration Buildings on Virgin Gorda reaching a state of readiness for works to begin.
