Project Update Highlights – April 2025 Monthly Report:
- Road Town Development Partnership: Planning continued in April 2025. The Road Town Partnership was officially launched through a ceremony held on 4th April 2025.
- BVI Health Services Authority Infrastructure Improvements: The RDA received bid submissions for structural assessment of the roof repairs project activity.
- Road Reconstruction Programme: The RDA received four (4) bid proposals for design and construction management of the Road Reconstruction project on 14th April 2025.
- Water Optimization: A project status meeting was held with the client Ministry on 25th April 2025 to share updates and finalise the schedule for the execution stage for the Supply and Installation of the Reservoir Water Meters project activity.
- Farmers’ Reservoir: The procurement process continued for the project. The consultant reviewed and accepted the contract for the Engineering Designs Consultancy for water mains and civil works.
- Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre: The project achieved an overall 87% completion rate.
- Immigration Detention Centre: The monthly status meeting was held with the client and bid evaluations conducted for the five proposals received in March 2025.
- AO Shirley Recreation Grounds: The procurement process for the AO Shirley Lighting activity continued. The RDA received four (4) bid submissions for lighting installation which are being evaluated.
