- Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre: Construction works for this project continued in November 2024.
- Renewable Energy Installations: Stakeholder engagement to decide on the way forward was prominent in November 2024.
- Halls of Justice: The design consultant continued working on the requested changes to the design, and updating cost estimates in line with revisions.
- National Cultural Centre, Archives, Library and Museum: This project remained in planning phase, and it is on hold pending further direction from the client Ministries.
- Waste Management Solutions: This project remained in planning phase, and it is on hold pending further direction from the client Ministries.
- Immigration Detention Centre: Stakeholder engagement continued in November 2024, following the change in Ministry with responsibility for the project.
- BVI Health Services Authority Infrastructure Assessment: With the Statement of Requirement (SoR) for this project in May 2024, the planning process continued with stakeholder engagement in November 2024.
