- Trellis Bay Rest Stop: In December 2024, the Trellis Bay Welcome Centre was renamed the Trellis Bay Rest Stop and the installation of permanent electrical connection, parking lot grading and landscaping completed.
- Halls of Justice: The design consultant continued working on requested changes to design and updating cost estimates in line with revisions for the Halls of Justice project.
- Road Town Improvement: This project remained in planning phase.
- BVI Health Services Authority Infrastructure Assessment: This project remained in planning phase.
- West End Ferry Terminal: The procurement process for the West End Ferry Terminal project continued with contract clarifications requested and responded to by the consultant and the RDA. The deadline for bid submissions on the West End Ferry Terminal project is extended to 17th January 2025.
- Road Reconstruction Programme: Nine (9) firms responded to the expressions of interest issued in November 2024.
- Water Optimization: Field training under the Leak Detection activity of the project was completed, with all 20 trainees successful in the assessment component of the training.
- Virgin Islands Agriculture and Fisheries Complex: The User Requirement Document (URD) was submitted to the client for review and approval.
- Farmers’ Reservoir: The Terms of Reference (ToR) was developed for the design works.
- Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre: Construction works for this project continued in December 2024.
- Renewable Energy Installations: Planning continued for procurement of the required EV charger for the Tortola Pier Park Power Box site.
- National Cultural Centre, Archives, Library and Museum: This project remained in planning phase, and it is on hold pending further direction from the client Ministries.
- Waste Management Solutions: This project remained in planning phase, and it is on hold pending further direction from the client Ministries.
- Immigration Detention Centre: The planning process for the Immigration Detention Centre continued with stakeholder engagement, following the change in Ministry with responsibility for the project.
- BVI Health Services Authority Infrastructure Assessment: The planning process continued with stakeholder engagement in December 2024.
- JVD Pond Restoration: Contracts were signed with an engineer and hydrologist for the feasibility assessment.
