Given passage of time, Estate House #2 (Oleander House), previously known as the Chief Minister’s House, is currently in need of significant upgrades to accommodate the requirements of a senior Government official. The House is slated to be used as judges’ accommodation. As such, the vision is for the existing dilapidated building to be demolished, and a new building constructed on the property.
The RDA now invites tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the Demolition of Estate House #2/Oleander House (including the foundation).
The Procurement method will be conducted through the Limited Competitive Domestic Bidding (LCDB) process.

The RDA does not bind itself to accept the lowest priced or any other submission. The Agency reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or partially without defraying and cost incurred by any Tenderer in submitting their Tender.
