Background:
The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) in the British Virgin Islands was established to implement the Government’s recovery plan following the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma in 2017.
The RDA now invites eligible and qualified firms to submit a proposal for Design Consultancy Services for the Omar Hodge Fishers’ Wharf Site located at Omar Hodge Fisherman’s Wharf and Park, Baugher’s Bay, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.
The Procurement method will be conducted through the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) process.
